"(In her painting) April Waters has done a masterful job of capturing the spirit and grace of the Willamette Valley in which we live and work. Her painting is full of life and yet soothing at the same time. A year ago we opened our brand new 31,500 square foot building, dedicated to provide the patrons of the mid-Willamette Valley with comprehensive orthopedic care and services. Without a doubt, her painting completes the building. It literally lights up the entryway, setting a tone for how we treat and care for our patients. We are grateful to April for her beautiful work."
